On Saturday 17 February 2024 in Mogadishu, the Federal Government Parliament joint meeting of the 11th Parliament in the 4th session the agenda was the reading of the first chapter the input for the contributions from the Legislators to work prepared by the National Independent Committee for the Constitution and presented in the plenary by the OC oversight committee from the joint parament. The inputs of the previous discussion made for the constitution by the legislators
The joint meeting is presided over by the first Deputy the Upper House Senator Mr. Ali Shaban Ibrahim Second Deputy Hose of People Mr. Abdulahi Omar Abshirow and upper house Senator Mr. Abdullahi Ali Hirsi Tima Ade. The meetings were also presented by the National Independent Committee for the Constitution and the OC oversight committee from the joint parliament.
The parliament proceeding with the constitutional reform works started the reading of the second unity. The joint meeting participated by the members of both houses bicameral the House of the People and the Upper House the Senators.
