the Somalia Councils of Media was built with national bill for the establishment Somali council of media. passed the Parament and of course the president. the ministry of Media and journalism has proposed the members of the council and the cabinet members screened their document and requirement.
some of the national journalist and media unions the civil society organization expressed their concern the council has not been consulted and discussed because they stakeholder of the media decision making in Somalia.
