where the meeting is participated Mr Kevin Mackey the country representative one of the partners of the ministry for programs. the policy will be resource for the local partners the implementation of their programs and conduct the M&E for the program progress in the humanitarian aid and the development as well as the infrastructure Somalia is a country heavily depends on humanitarian and foreign where hundreds project are implead by local and international. this policy will be supportive to the implementation and guide for evaluation the program progress both public and private. the type of the policy need to be clarified to the people in the public
